Inspired by the eclectic mix of cultures and easygoing beach lifestyle while growing up in Miami, Alexis was instilled with an effortless, soft aesthetic, which she brought to New York in 2009.
She then went on to train under acclaimed colorists in the Sharon Dorram at Sally Hershberger Salon, where she learned the art of highlight painting and foiling.
Alexis was formally trained in cutting and styling at Cutler Salon in SoHo, New York. During her time at Cutler, she worked on New York Fashion Week shows and photo shoots, and was mentored by some of the world's most renowned and sought-after stylists. She became proficient in precision cutting, razor cutting and editorial styling. Her expertise is in customizing services tailored to individual client's facial features, hair texture and lifestyle.
She currently travels between NYC, Atlanta and Miami working on clients, editorial shoots, and commercial work.
